About Mike McKinley
Philosophy
Mike believes in protecting and fighting for the rights of the people who work hard and expect to be treated fairly.
He can arrange appointment times that are flexible and meet your needs. He works to make sure that complicated legal processes and language are clearly communicated and understood. Education
Mike grew up on the south side of Peoria and attended Limestone High School in Bartonville, Illinois.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Spring Hill College in 1990 and was a scholar-athlete as an Academic All-American basketball player and graduated Suma Cum Laude. Mike continued his education at Southern Illinois University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1993.

Experience & Recognition
Mike is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice and the Peoria County Bar Association. He has been an active faculty member and frequent speaker on various civil litigation subjects for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Peoria County Bar Association and the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
